At Monogram Homes we describe ourselves as a small, design build company. We design and build every home for its family and their lifestyle. Our main goal is to provide a positive building experience for our homeowners.
We believe that keeping our company small has allowed us to stay dedicated to integrity, honesty, and the quality of our construction. As Bob always says, “It has to be a win, win situation for everyone; not only for us and our customers but also for our trade partners and vendors.”
Bob Seaton is the owner of Monogram Homes and he has stayed true to that statement since he started Monogram. Bob has worked in residential construction since 1978 as a plumber, carpenter, and has held several management positions in the construction industry. He was president of the Licking County BIA in 1995 and became president for the Buckeye Valley BIA in 2009.
Family is also very important to Bob. He and his wife Deena have been married for 29 years and have twin boys Andrew and Aaron. Bob has been involved with the community by coaching many youth sports teams throughout the years. Also part of the Monogram Homes family is Danielle Baker.
Danielle is Monogram's designer. She designs every home and takes ideas from paper and transforms them into 3D renderings. With a Bachelors Degree from The Ohio State University in interior design, Danielle will work with you to design a floor plan that fits your family's lifestyle. Once you have decided on a floor plan she will help you choose all of the finishing touches for your home, from the shingles and siding to the paint and carpet. We will help you through every step of the process.
