It is hard to find a favorite part of working with Monogram. I think it was the entire package they offer; fabulous design and item selection assistance, the crews at the house (they all must follow Monograms work ethic program), the supervision of all aspects of the build, open communication all the time, and availability for our questions. The best part was we felt secure in knowing our home was being built right from the moment they started until they handed us the keys. Our stress level was very low. I really can’t say one part of the build process was more enjoyable than another because the entire process was fabulous!
We have already recommended Monogram Homes to a dozen people, peers and friends. We are comfortable knowing they will be in good hands and will continue to recommend them any opportunity we can. They earned it.
Our whole house is gorgeous and inviting with the 10 foot ceilings, 8 foot doors and arched ceilings. Our great room and morning room have plenty of seating for large groups. We are always appreciative of the huge windows that overlook the woods and deer in the yard. It truly bring the outdoors inside. The kitchen is open and absolutely the heart of the home. Although our home is quite large, people are amazed how warm it is. It is what we wanted and they worked hard to reach that goal.
Their finishing touches are incredible and it was a pleasure to watch the home come to life. We love many aspects of our whole home and the great journey we took to live here. We would do it again it again with Monogram heartbeat.
