BOB SEATON

FOUNDER OF MONOGRAM HOMES

Bob Seaton is the vision behind Monogram Homes. Bob started out as a plumbing apprentice then moved onto carpentry, working for custom home builder, Jim Paul.

After working for other companies, Bob realized he had a new vision for what true custom home building meant. He turned his dream of Monogram Homes into a reality, where homeowners were more than monthly numbers and goals.

DEENA SEATON

ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER

Deena Seaton is a licensed Title Agent and has over two decades of mortgage and building industry experience. Deena obtains and organizes all documents related to building your home: permits, financial requirements, accounts payable & accounts receivable.

AARON SEATON

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Aaron Seaton is the Operations Manager for Monogram Homes. He has a business degree from The Ohio State University, with a focus in real estate and urban analysis. Aaron schedules and facilitates the construction phases of your home. He is truly what makes your experience worry free.

DANIELLE BAKER

DRAFTING AND DESIGN SPECIALIST

Danielle Baker is the home designer for Monogram Homes. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in interior design.

Using our 3-D software, Danielle will customize the virtual home of your dreams, taking you on a virtual tour of your floor plan. She will also work with you in selecting the exterior and interior product selections for your home.
