Bob Seaton is the vision behind Monogram Homes. Bob started out as a plumbing apprentice then moved onto carpentry, working for custom home builder, Jim Paul.
After working for other companies, Bob realized he had a new vision for what true custom home building meant. He turned his dream of Monogram Homes into a reality, where homeowners were more than monthly numbers and goals.

Aaron Seaton serves as President of Monogram Homes and brings a strong business foundation with a degree from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business. In addition to providing strategic leadership for the company, Aaron’s primary focus is on overseeing our construction team and daily field operations. Under his guidance, every home is built to our rigorous quality standards, with careful attention to detail, clear communication, and an emphasis on timely completion.
DANIELLE BAKER

Danielle Baker has been working alongside Bob for the past 19 years, bringing extensive expertise and dedication to her role. A graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in interior design, she is passionate about residential home planning and has designed hundreds of homes built by Monogram. She guides clients through every stage of the design process and ensures a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
DEENA SEATON

Deena Seaton is a licensed Title Agent and has over two decades of mortgage and building industry experience. Deena assists in obtaining and organizing all documents related to building your home: permits, financial requirements, accounts payable & accounts receivable.
ROCHELLE SEATON

Rochelle Seaton has been a dedicated member of the Monogram Homes team for the past five years, though her connection to the company goes back to high school when she cleaned homes before move in. Rochelle holds a BSN and brings a background in both nursing and management. Today, she is often one of the first team members you’ll meet, helping to introduce you to Monogram Homes and ensuring a welcoming and informative experience from the very beginning.
DEB SABO
Construction Coordinator

Deb Sabo has worked in the home building industry for nearly four decades. She coordinates the permit process, obtains financial requirements, and leads mechanical meetings with homeowners. Deb also serves as the primary liaison for communication between homeowners and the construction team, ensuring a personalized experience throughout the building process.

Monroe Zook left the Amish community several years ago and started out as one of our trim carpenters. His attention to detail and knowledge of the trade along with his communication to homeowners makes your build stress and worry free. Over the years, he has grown into our lead construction manager. He leads our construction team and every aspect of your home from dig to keys.
