1. Introduction to Monogram Homes

Your first meeting will be with Rochelle and Aaron. Rochelle will introduce you to Monogram Homes and outline our process, providing an overview of your home building journey and an opportunity to discuss your vision. Aaron will offer his expertise and address any construction related questions you may have.

2. Design Ideas

Your second meeting will be with Danielle and another member of our design team. You will share your ideas and inspiration as we discuss your new home. Following the meeting, we will use your input to create a design tailored to your lifestyle.

3. Design Review

Once your design is complete, you will meet with your designers to review your custom home in a 3D presentation—a representation of the finished product. Revisions or adjustments can be discussed, and many can be made in real time. After finalizing the design, you will discuss the products and finishes to be included in your new home allowing us to begin pricing your new home.

While we prepare the estimate for your new home, you will meet with Rochelle to tour a completed Monogram home and gain a clear sense of our workmanship. You will also meet with Aaron for your site visit, where he will review the placement of your home on your lot and gather the necessary information to develop an estimate for utility installation.

4. Price Review

Working with our trade partners and vendors, we’ll put together a detailed estimate for your custom Monogram Home. We’ll also prepare a presentation that highlights many of the finishes that can be included, so you can start to visualize the look and feel of your new home.

5. Make an Investment

After finalizing your dream home to be exactly what you envisioned, you will come into our office and sign an agreement. This is an exciting step that officially begins the journey of bringing your custom Monogram Home to life.
