We had been recommended Monogram Homes by a family friend after many months of meeting with other builders who had pre-made house plans. We knew exactly what we wanted in a house and it was a struggle with the other companies to change their plans into our dream home. From the moment we met with Bob virtually (during Covid), there was just something different about how they discussed business, they made us feel like we were the priority, not just another customer. When we met with Danielle and Caitlin to go through what we wanted, we had lots of little ideas, wants, and needs that they helped construct into our dream home! They never pushed anything on us, but they were there to offer advice and input when we got stuck, which we loved. The way they were able to make the dining room, family room, and kitchen all an open concept, lets us always stay in the conversation when entertaining, a must for us! Finally, we cannot say enough about how awesome Deb and Aaron were during the construction process. Anytime we had a question or concern, they would work together to get us feedback and fast too! All in all, we have told family and friends repeatedly that if we had to restart, we would not hesitate to use Monogram Homes again.
